Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error with DirecWay Satellite

Hello, I am getting this error when my DirecWay Satellite Connection Software (Version No. 4.0.3.9) loads. I see a lot of posts and fixes for other programs getting the Runtime Errors but none for DirecWay Connection Software

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Librar

Program: C\Program Files\DIRECWAY\BIN\dpcnav.ex

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information
