Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error

Hello,

I am running Windows XP Prof SP2 DE.
Patchlevel: 2006-01-10.

I am getting the following error message sometimes, I don't know why. It is
every application, you can replace winamp.exe with something else. It isn't
an winmap- IE, Firefox-, Office-, Specific-programm error. It will happen in
every programm, sometimes.

I reinstalled, but I still getting these error.
I don't have spyware e.g.


I hope you will have an idea...
 
Update:

This problem was caused by a programm error.
A programm, which is running in background (USB Dongle Auth), caused this.

I could find an error using WinDbg....

In my case a program in background caused the problem.
