Microsoft updates disabling outlook express

I have five updates ready to download. Every time they are down-loaded, I
loose access to the net. E-mail still works. I have to system restore to get
access to the net. This is very frustrating. scaper

Hi Scraper,

Which updates are they? If you install them one at a time, can you find
the culprit? You should be able to then uncheck the offending update
and then tell AU NOT to ask you about it any further.
