I thought that I read somewhere that Microsoft has
unlimited free tech support for Win XP installation
problems. But, how do you get this unlimited support
online when you enter your PID and they tell you no more
free support without giving the opportunity to say that
the problem is an installation related issue? I have no
problem if I call Microsoft. They ALWAYS help me and
rarely charge if I call them. But isn't it more
productive for Microsoft to let customers just send an e-
mail asking for support?
Anyhow know if I'm right or wrong - no free tech support
after first three incidents, even if it's an installation
issue?
