Patch everything with the MS03-026 patch, and patch everything else
frequently! Don't rely on login permissions.

Hi Billy,

I wouldn't count on it. Some time when you least expect some user on
unpatched PC will need Admin's help and he will logon as Domain Admin...

If you have many PCs to patch, think about deploying SUS (Software Update
Service)...
