I went to the Microsoft XP Power Toys download site below

and found these two download choices.

TweakUiPowertoySetup.exe
TweakUIPowertoySetup_ia64.exe

I have a Dell Dimension 4550 with a 2.53 pentium. I
assume that the file with the ia64 is for a more powerful
64 bit processor. Which file do I want to download for my
Dell pc ?... thank you

Go here instead - you can pick and choose which toys you want.

But to answer your question, if you want all the toys, get the first one.
The second is for the 64bit systems.
