Microsoft Photo Editor

I used to be able to click on a photo (jpg file) and the Microsoft Photo Editor would open. Now it does not open. I can view photos in various views, thumbnail, filmstrip, etc., but the Photo Editor won't open. I'm using Windows XP.

Right-click any .jpg image, properties, opens with....change, point to the Photo
Editor.
