i am using microsoft outlook for my email account, and i cannot find the out
of office auto reply,
i checked under tools it's not there, any help would be appreciated

Unless you connect to Exchange server, you don't have it. You can emulate it
with a rule.
And a tip - in a group dedicated to Outlook, please use a subject line of
something other than just "Outlook"
 
Thank you gordon, i will attempt to create a rule, we formally did have
exchange server, but have since gone to pop3.
