Does anyone know how to add another email account to an
existing personal email account? I want to add a second
email account for business purposes.
Has anyone done this? does it cost?

If you're trying to "attach" another already existing
email account to a private email account try this.
Right click on the Outlook icon and click properties.
If you're using Outlook 2002 you'll get a window that has
three buttons to set up different functions. You want to
click on the "E-mail Accounts" button.
Make sure you select the "View or change existing email
accounts" selected on the next windown and click "Next"
Go to the account you want to add the additiional email
account to, select it, and click "Change"
On the next window click the "More Settings" and then
click on the "Advanced" tab when the new window opens.
From there you should be able to "Add" the additional
email address as you like.

If thats not what you're trying to do, I'm afraid I can't
help you, sorry.
