I can't open Outlook and I think I deleted MS Exchange
Server.

How can I fix this problem and get it back running?

Please help me.
 
If you go into Control Panel and launch the Mail Icon and then look at the
Profile it should state was services are installed, also what version of
Outlook

If you removed your Exchange service, open the Mail applet in Control Panel
and add it back into your mail profile.
