Dear Sirs

When i open the Microsoft Outlook, it take alot of time to Download my
e-mails, for 2 e-mail it took 3 mins for few kbs.

Please kindly do reply me at your soonest.

This problem is delaying my work

Slow download can be caused by:
1. Not enough memory in receiving equipment.
2. Receiving modem speed slower than sending modem or vice versa
3. Net problems
