microsoft outlook

hello I have microsoft outlook on my computer and I have tried seeral times
to set it up so I may use it, I work from home for a company in VA, and it
would be helpful if I could get outlook set up, can you please give me exact
steps on how to set it up thank you.

you need to contact your IT dept for the settings, no-one here can help you
on that.....
 
THank you gordon, however its a small company and they do not have an IT
dept. thank you anyway i will keep searching, i just need someone to tell me
from start to finish how to set it up

then presumably you are using POP mail and not Microsoft exchange?
