message: "Can't start Microsoft Outllook, the .dll file fot the information
service could not be found. MAPI was unable to load the information service
PSTRX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured. I
need to know how to get outlook to work. I had Windows Me and Outlook before
I upgrade to Windows XP. I lost outlook and all my contact and need to get
everything back. How do I get it to work first and then get all my contacts
back.

Downloaded? So from what web site did you get this supposedly legal
copy of MS Office as a download? Even the trial version only comes as
an orderable CD.

Microsoft has a huge knowledgebase with lots of articles regarding
information, fixes, and problems with their products. Do a search
there, as in:

- Visit http://support.microsoft.com/.
- Advanced search.
- Pick your product (Outlook 2002).
- Search on "pstprx".
- Voila!
