The sync tool you use to sync with Palm Desktop should also allow you to
sync with Outlook. Read the documentation that came with it.

I was desparate for a quick response (just got a new pda) so I kept
searching. Ended up purchasing a fantastic piece of software from the palm
website - about 20GBP. It did exactly what I wanted - in minutes. I must
admit that I did not try to use hotsynch to synch with outlook.
It's called pocketmirror:-
