microsoft outlook express

I need to unistall and re-install outlook express and
cannot figure out how to do it. My address book is not
linked up right and I keep getting an error message. I
can't send emails. Can anyone help me??

First, be sure to backup your OE email and address book.
Then go to Start, Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs,
Add/Remove Windows Componants.

Remove the check mark from Outlook Express to uninstall.
Reboot.

Then go back and add the check mark. You may need your
Windows CD, so have it handy.
