** 1)I have a Dell Computer with Microsoft Outlook as my
email source. I can send and receive emails and my Inbox
clearly stores my "incoming" emails. However, I cannot
retrieve my SENT emails. In my Inbox, I click on "My
Shortcuts" tab and then click on "SENT MAIL" tab and I
don't get my sent emails . I keep getting a MICROSOFT pop-
up saying that MICROSOFT is having problems, please excuse
the inconvenience, anything I'm working on may be lost - -
- and then it just closes Microsoft Outlook automatically
(without me pressing any buttons)! How can I solve this
issue so that I can retrieve my Sent Emails?
** 2)Also, I used to have Outlook Express on our system
and deleted it (in error) and would LOVE to know how to
get that back as it is a much better email system. Without
knowing how to get Outlook Express back, I started using
my Microsoft Outlook ~ and I'm having these Sent Mail
issues. Soooooo, now I don't what to do? PLLLLLLLLEASE
HELP A/S/A/P!!!
Thanks, in advance, for your help with this issue.
