How do I copy a disc containing Microsoft Outlook contacts to a new computer also in Microsoft Outlook?

Your contacts are in your Outlook *.pst file along with your email etc.

In the first computer Outlook use File, Import and Export to export your
*.pst file to another *.pst file.

In the second computer Outlook use File, Import and Export to import the
*.pst file you created. This step will import everything. If you just want
the contacts, check Outlook Help on how to open a *.pst file. Once open you
can use Folders List to copy your contact. If you use this approach, be
sure that you name the exported *.pst file different from the name of your
*.pst file {usually outlook.pst} in the second computer.
