I need to avoid this dialog box. The only thing I have found on the web
relates to using Outlook with Exchange. I am not using exchange, but pop3.

How can I bypass this message and force outlook (2003) to send these
emails on?

Thanx

Bypass what message? Do you have a POP account defined in Outlook?

Bypass the message: "a program is trying automatically send e-mail..."

Whenever my phone reporting system tries to email a report out.

The email account works fine. I just don't want to be here at midnight
every night when this rpot fires off to hit the "yes" button...

Nope. Saw that one already. It only works of yoru account is besed on
an Exchange server. This one os not.

The issue is caused by the reporting system not talking to Outlook in a
secure way. Contact the vendor for an update; I think they are about 8 years
overdue considering when these programming recommendations got first
introduced.

If this is a legacy application which is no longer supported, then you could
try;
