Thanks for your input to my problem, but that didnt fix my problem. The
error message I get is as follws: This operation has been cancelled due to
restrictions in effect on the computer. Please contact your system
adminstrator". The problem is that this is a system administrator account.
Can you help me with this one? Thanks in advance.
Tim

I too have the same problem as Tim, I am using Outlook2003 with XP Pro SP2.
When I click on a URL in an elmail I get the following error message:

This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on the
computer. please contact your system adminstrator".

I have tried turning off the fire wall, setting all my security levels to
the lowest setting, and nothing helps.

Please resond to my email address: (e-mail address removed) This is driving me
nuts, please help.
