Using Outlook 2002 using "Out of Ofiice" does the auto
reply message get sent only once to each person that e-
mails you while this option is set to On?

Does Outlook 2003 provide for contiuous repsonse?

Yes. Once per unique address.
Does Outlook 2003 provide for contiuous repsonse?

While I don't know for sure, I doubt it. Why would you want that?
