Microsoft Outlook 2000

Does anyone know if Outlook 2000 can be used to retrieve
hotmail? Nowhere in MSN/Premium is there any information
on this ... and I refuse to pay MSN $35 to ask a simple
question. Does anyone out there know the answer to this
question? Thanks!
