Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar

All of a sudden my Shortcut Bar no longer loads automatically when I start my
computer or reboot. I tried right clicking on the edge of the Shortcut bar
and clicked yes, I wanted it to start automatically the next time my computer
comes on but it didn't work. Help!
 
Try the Office group and mention your version of Office, as the
shortcut bar is not in later versions.
