All of a sudden my Office Shortcut Bar does not automatically load when I

I did right click on the left edge of the Shortcut bar and said yes
automatically load when the computer starts or reboots but it didn't work.

Open it. Close it and it will ask you if you want it to load when
Windows loads. Say "yes".
