microsoft office outlook 2007

i just updated a few of our office pc's to outlook 2007 from 2003, we have
one machine that is getting reminders from a paticular email address from an
automated system that we have to notify one of our departments on service
status....is there a way to turn these notifications off on this paticular
client?
 
So, these are email messages? The only way to "turn them off" is at the
sending end. You can either block them like junk mail, or make a rule to
delete them.
