Hi,
I installed Microsoft Office 2003 Beta Version Trial for 30 days.
The 30 days is now up and Microsoft has frozen my email on Microsoft Outlook
and Microsoft Word because I didn't convert to it at the end of 30 days. I
don't want to convert and I'm now in the position of being backed up into a
corner to convert and pay over $200.00 or lose all contact data and email
storage because Microsoft has locked these two programs. I can't even export
my contacts out or create a new email. I now have to re-install my original
Microsoft Office that I purchased but when trying to install an old version,
during installation, it just sits there and goes no-where.
Can anybody suggest what I should do to resolve this conflict? I would
greatly appreciate your advice. Please email me at (e-mail address removed) and in
the meantime, I'll have to install Incredi-mail to handle my email so that I
can respond to you.
Thank you and hey, make it a great day.....

I had the same problem, though I have since upgraded to MS Office 2003. If
you contact Microsoft through there support website, they will setup a
workspace for you where they will ask you to upload your .pst file (which
contains all your contacts, appointments and email) which they will convert
back to a previous version. I assume you have MS Office 2000 or 97?

Did you try setting back the clock on your computer?
