Microsoft Office is not part of the Windows operating system.
It is a separate product - a package or suite of application programs.
You must purchase this separately. It is available at pretty much any
computer retailer, although prices may vary.
Some computer manufacturer's do include an OEM version of Microsoft
Office bundled with their new computers and include the price in the
overall package total, or they may offer it as an extra-cost option.
Hope this explains the situation.
Good luck
