I downloaded the microsoft's new map program listed as LEO_Setup.EXE and it
doesn't work even though it says it downloaded succesfully. When I try to run
it through "run" or "search" it doesn't find it.

Do you mean this thing?

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...98-EAB4-40A3-B7EC-43C09D6AE8CB&displaylang=en

Note it is a "Beta" so may not work properly or worse still may screw
something up.

If you want to try it fine, why not just try the download again and save the
file to your PC rather than use the "Run" button. Alternatively if that's
what you tried last time then do the opposite this time.

It installed here okay (I think) W2003, Office 2003, after all MVP's are
supposed to test stuff, but there are some caveats in the readme file so I
honestly cannot recommend it unless you are sure you know what you are
doing. Note this is not software like MapPoint which is a general route
finding program, it is an add in specifically for Outlook.

Gee, How many map sites has Microsoft got?

Have you tried accessing http://local.live.com/ with you web browser?
It's not ActiveX dependent, so you can even use alternate web browsers.
The site is still in Beta testing though.
