Microsoft.net framework version 2.0 (KB922770) wont install

is there anyone out there who can help me solve my problem. I have tried
installing this update and also tried to get help from microsoft.com but i
still am not able to solve this problem

Do you have .Net 2.0 installed on your computer? Have you read the following
KB article?
