Microsoft.mshtml.dll should I distribute this?

I have application that uses the web browser control, this is quite a big
file 7.5Mb, I found that if I don't include this file in the installation
everything is ok, but I'm a bit nervous, so is this file included in every
windows installation? All at least .Net installation?

See if it exists on a box with only the runtime installed. If it doesn't,
you'll have to package it along with everything else.
