Microsoft Money not properly installing

When trying to install Microsoft Money 2002, my comp. goes through all the motions of trying to install, but then I get an Error message saying that :" Error 1308. Source file not found. C:\Bundle\Money\mnysetup.dll. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it
What do I need to do to get this installed, because I need it to open an Excel Spreadsheet that was sent to me?
 
1. An Excel spreadsheet will not open in Money.
2. Tell us more about how you are trying to install Money. Are you using
a CD? Are you trying to install from an icon on the computer?
Have you deleted an files and folders related to Money? Have you
looked at your C drive for a folder called Bundle? Is it there? Is there a
sub folder called Money? If so is there a file in that folder
called mnysetup.dll?
