Question Regarding Microsoft Mail: Can the total number of messages (the
count) be displayed just after each folder? For eample:

Inbox (25)
Outbox (14)
Sent Items (52)

I do not know if this option is available and I do not know how to turn it
on. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

For me, it displays just the number of unread messages. If you want
change it to all messages, you might try clicking on a folder, then View,
then Current View, then Show All Messages. If this works, repeat it
on the other folders.

Hello Robert. Unfortunately your reply did not answer my question. Please
read my original question again. I would like to know if MS Mail can display
the "count" after each folder, per my illustrated example in my original
question.

First of all, the program is not called Microsoft Mail.

Windows Mail can not show the total message count.
It only shows a count for unread messages.

In the lower left hand corner I show both. For this newsgroup I show 334
messages, 326 unread.

Same holds true for email. In my Inbox I show both total message count and a
count for unread messages.

OK, I see you are talking about what is displayed in the status bar (at the
bottom) once a folder is opened. The OP is talking about what you see in
the folder list on the left.
