Microsoft Journal Viewer Error message

I get an error message when journal viewer installs and I would like to know
the proper forum to post the error message in. This all happened when I
installed Msn Messenger Beta last night. Everything works fine on my log in
when I use messenger but we get the error message when trying to start a
conversation on my son's log in.

Read up on what BETA means.
 
I know what Beta means I wasn't born yesterday. Messenger is working fine
when I use it while I'm logged into Windows as the user. The problem occurs
while I or my son am logged into Windows on his user account. The "Windows
Journal Viewer" can not find "%USERPROFILE% Documents\My Pictures" or along
those lines. I believe that Messenger 7 (Beta) needs the Journal viewer for
some reason. I would like to Know where I can post the actual error log so I
can remedy the problem.
 
I am getting exactly the same problem as you are. I wonder if you find the
answer, could you please let me know.
