Hi Monica,
You can install JAVA (Virtual Machine) from either SUN or Microsoft:
SUN Java:
http://www.java.com/en/download/windows_automatic.jsp
Microsoft "Java":
http://www.abxair.com/software/msjavx86.exe
SUN won a court case which is why Microsoft doesn't host that file,
and also why I recommend SUN Java first, and Microsoft second and
only as a workaround until any problems with SUN Java are resolved.
