My primary intention is to help another person land a job with
microsoft as a senior SDE ASP.NET/SQL/c# positions at >100,000/yr. with
Microsoft, and not to recruit or cash in, as I am an engineer myself.

I just attended 2 interviews with Microsoft (both in Redmond and
Mountain View) and was extended an offer. I turned them down for
another opportunity and would like to offer to help a well qualified
person get the job in a mutually benifitual manner without having to go
through the recruting hassle.

I turned the offer down this friday, and will email all interested
people the technical questionaires, manager names, interview tips, and
if feasable, perhaps a shared referal bonus. I'll paste the job
description below and my quick take on the position.

I will ask for a negotiable small fee of $100 to $250 for all the
assistance I can give including names, emails, numbers, rate levels,
screening coding problem sets and answers, the interview questions, and
all of my email coorespondence.

The Redmond Position is implementing AJAX/JSON ASP.NET google desktop
like component UIs (Gadgets) including Hotmail Beta.

The Mt. View Position is with the Hotmail team implementing
ASP.net/OLAP cube view BI reporting by mining over 4PB of mail data.

mark.brito@gmail if you are interested.

I have the questions as well, however i don't think it ethical to do this. I
wouldn't want a substandard programmer acing the test etc etc

Apologies for posting the article. What happened is i someone named
Sudhir Sreenath emailed me and I gave him all the information and many
contacts for free and he never even thanked me... You can't even help
people these days. I now agree with you that it is unethical, but
please realize that my intention was to help someone out.
