Microsoft Internet Explorer Ad Serve pop ups

PLEASE HELP!!! I dont even know if i am in the right
newsgroup, but i am getting crazy ad serve pop ups all
the while i am on the internet...whether i am viewing my
email or trying to type an email or just surf the web or
do a seach. i have blocked the pop ups through my server,
but i still get the ad serve pop ups constantly!!! Can
anyone please tell me how to stop this?????
 
try down loading the google tool bar. works great to block
pop ups. go to google.com and look for tool bar download.

Purchase, install and update an adblocker program. This
is available in most internet security softwares like
Norton's Internet Security 2004". You may have to
manually remove some of the malicious adware
(seek "TrendMicro.com" page).
Then ditch AOL!!!
