I have had Windows XP for less than a week. I had about 6 problems with it and availed myself of the free web support. I attempted to submit a new query today, and received the pop up message, that my limit of support with this product has been met. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Microsoft allows you 2 free contacts with a new product. They obviously record the contacts. After the first two they begin charging for each new incident. One exception is that if your new problem is related to a earlier incident then they don't charge. Good luck

alexjmc,
please tell me you didn't post with your real email address in a public
area. Use the link below.

And about your other difficulty---- Is this an example of MS support for
their ' RETAIL ' products ? Tell me it isn't so .
