Microsoft - Fix junk email filter so it works!

Question: Why can't Microsoft spend a few bucks to have the Outlook email
filter really search the body of an email and actually find wording that has
been set in the rules wizard. It seems to find text if the text is NOT in
an html tag, but these spammers are smart and put everything in html tags -
the text of the email placed in an image that is in an html tag. This means
that Outlook has no way of blocking this spam. Each emal has a different
subject and from: (bogus) address. Come on Microsoft - wake up! Its the
details that matter, not your marketing hype.

BTW, I have all updates install for Outlook 2000.

Frustrated

Microsoft did fix it - it's called Outlook 2003. Outlook 2000 is 5 years old
and no longer supported, so don't look for an update for it.
