microsoft explorer

i just formatted and reinstalled windows xp. now when i open explorer it will only open one explorer at a time. instead of being able to have several explores going it will only allow one at a time. any help on this would be appreciated
 
Hi, something to do with opening in same window or a new window,

try :

1.. Open Folder Options inControl Panel.
a.. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
b.. Double-click Folder Options.
2.. On the General tab, under Browse Folders, click Open each folder in
its own window.
