Microsoft Excel 2003 date format in dd/mm/yy

Hi

How can I change date format in Excel 2003 to dd/mm/yy (28/03/09),,,,there is no such an option in Format --> Cell --> "Number" tab --> Type,,,,and there is no such an option in "Regional Settings"
