Microsoft BIND and eqivalent

What is eqivalent in Microsoft to 8.2 BIND in salaris?
Solaris 9 was not recommended and is not supported by my
group.
 
Don't know if I understand your question, but Windows 2000 Server DNS server
is about at that level with features (dynamic updates and support for srv
records).
