Keep getting a green pop up screen titled "An application change has been
allowed" but the text then says "Microsoft Antispyware has blocked the
Windows Service C:\windows\SvcProc.exe to be installed". Surely this is a
Windows update that needs to be installed. How do I unblock it. Any help
would be greatly appreciated. Ian

On the contrary--this is spyware.

I'd suggest restarting Windows in safe mode by pressing the F8 function key
several times before the initial Windows screen appears. Update your
antivirus before restarting, then scan with both your antivirus and
Microsoft Antispyware in safe mode--do full, deep scans with Microsoft
Antispyware.

Scan with both scanners until a complete scan comes through clean.

many thanks for your help, Ian
