Does anyone know if the above toolkit works with MS Access 2003?
It can produce a runtime version of access. If the above program will not
work, do you know of one that will

ADT 2.0 works with Access 2 (16-bit) so it won't work with any version of
Access except Access version 2.0.

For A2003, you need the Visual Studio Tools for the Microsoft Office System.
