Microsoft 1394 PC Driver & NIC1394

I'm trying to set up a connection between an XP Pro pc
and a Win2K pc through IEEE 1394. And on my Win2K pc it
keeps asking me for the Microsoft 1394 PC driver and the
Microsoft NIC1394 driver also. Any one know where to get
this or a better way of doing this.

Now, I'm in the same situation.
What should I do ?
Is there anybody who can help us?
