Each time I start my computer, a message comes up stating that the
application failed to start because mfc70.dll not found.
Can anyone help me please

Go to google, search for mfc70.dll, read some pages and decide what to
do. Download the dll or remove the application that wants to use it.
 
I had this problem the other day. If you search you will find out that this problem has to do with Microsoft Mail, usually with a HP Jordan or other synchroization program. Download and install from Microsoft, then reboot.
