Method 'CodeDb' of object '_Application' failed

Hello:

Has anyone have an idea of what the following issue is?
I started up Access and created a blank database. When I
went to "Linked Table Manager", I received the following
error:

Method 'CodeDb' of object '_Application' failed

Any solution?

No, not yet. At one point, I was able to make it working
again by reinstalling Visual Studio, since I thought
certain data related libraries got messed up or
something. It worked for a while alright, but I am now
having the same problem!

Any idea?
