When I open outlook, appears a warning "Metamail has detected that a new
version of Microsift Outlook has been intalled on your system. You must
reinstall Metamail for it to function properly with the new version of
Outlook.


How to get Metamail?
 
Looks like MetaMail is some sort of mass mailing marketing program. There's
info here:
http://www.metamail.com/

It's not an MS product so you'll have to check with them (MetaMail) on issue
you might have with the version of Outlook you've installed.
