Messenger Pop-ups

The solution has been posted many times please scroll down
or search for popups. Its not windows messenger doing it.
Its spam popups that are part of windows messaging. I
have to go now but can post later how to stop it. What i
dont understand is why not have the service disabled on
defualt.

I know that however due to the anoyance of it and the
amount of qeastions about it, it woulf be easier to have a
hot fix disabling it and then the sysadmins who require
the service can have the users not DL the msg.

Anyway you could answer my qeastion on Audio about 2 posts
down (i think.) Yea though the next sp should get it fixed
i doubt MS will, Its a shame since about 50% of the
qeastions here are about popups. It would make life a lot
easier for you as well as poeple who take tech support
calls or for poeple with friends who arn't power users
