Hello,

Can someone please explain to me why these features
(whiteboard, Remote Assist., video) do not show up in my
Windows Messenger 5.x client on Windows 2000 SP3?

THanks,

Tr0utman

Greetings,

Remote Assistance is a Windows XP feature, but the other two will show up, but you need to
install Service Pack 4 for Windows 2000.

Jonathan,

Thank you for the quick reply. I will install SP4 on my
W2K system.
