messaging interface has returned an unknown error when adding Cont

In Outloook 2003, I get "the messaging interface has returned an unknown
error. if the problem persists restart Outlook". I have tried the Inbox
Repair Tool (scanpst.exe) and it finds no errors. I've archived items to
where the outlook.pst file is only 40MB. Any suggestions?
 
Search for this topic in the KB and use one of the myriad of possible
solutions that most clearly match your situation. You've provided no clues
as to which it might be.
