messages sent with custom form arrive blank

hi, ive created a custom form for messages, using Outlook 2003, so i can fill
it in with amounts.The form works fine however, everytime i send an e-mail
using the form, the customized fields dont send with the message. Is there
any way to fix this problem?

The only way to fix the problem is to publish the form to the Organizational Forms library on your Exchange server or to each individual user's Personal Forms library.
